It's the official end of the Birthday Butt Challenge today. My total loss end results are:
16.2lbs
19.5 overall inches
3.5 hips/butt inches
Anybody who was participating go write your results in the thread at the Resolutions forum, mmmkay? I think I'm going to keep taking my measurements (though possibly every fortnight rather than every week), it was nice to see them go down even when the scale didn't always.
Speaking of the scale not going down.
You may all of noticed a pattern to my recent entries, namely, 'oh, I ate [insert crap] whoops'. The last couple of weeks have been awful food-wise. Things have been extremely stressful around chez Zan the last couple of weeks and believe me when I tell you it shows in my calorie count. I've been eating everything that wasn't solidly nailed down. I've had chocolate and ice-cream until I've felt ill (conveniently blamable on the new warm weather) and several meals of the deep-fried Chinese take-out variety.
I've been extremely lucky in the fact that I haven't gained in the last week, if I'm feeling bad now I can only imagine how I'd feel if I'd put on weight. I vented on the board last night and woke up feeling a little better. I'm stronger than a chocolate bar or a Dime Ice-cream cone. I stopped putting everything into Fitday when things got bad, but no more.
Today's eating has been good, and everything logged. Let's keep in that way.
